Like most other MUDs, to connect to Darker Realms you need a telnet program or MUD client. Several are listed below. Once you have a client, read its help files to learn how to use it, then connect to darkerrealms.org, port 2000. You are welcome to use a MUD client to connect to Darker Realms, provided you don't use the client to play the game for you.

Telnet:

• Unix: Telnet is a standard program in your distribution. "man telnet" for information.
• Windows: Telnet is available on Windows.
• Mac OS: Telnet is available on Mac OS.

Suggested MUD Clients:

• TinTin++ (cross platform)

• Mudlet (cross platform)
• cmud (Windows)
